You may request deletion of your C2C Energy Services account and associated data by completing the form below. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. Once deleted, your account and data cannot be recovered.

What Will Be Deleted

  • Your account profile and login credentials
  • All project data and field documentation you submitted
  • Photos, notes, and audit records associated with your account
  • All personal information linked to your profile

What May Be Retained

Certain project records may be retained to comply with utility program requirements, legal obligations, or contractual commitments. Retained data will be anonymized where possible.
